ALL sales on APW Beauty items are final. APW Beauty is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages. If items are damaged upon receiving them, you may exchange the item(s) or return the damaged item(s) for store credit in the amount of what you paid for them. Exchanges or returns on damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving the item(s) to be eligible for exchange or store credit. For damaged goods, send photo proof via email to: apwbeauty@gmail.com within the 48 hour time frame after receiving them. Upon investigation, you will be notified via email of a determination and the course of action we will be taking to resolve the issue. If damaged product(s) is not returned, no store credit or exchange can be granted. Please allow standard shipping time in the event of an exchange.
