Orders are processed within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carrier:
We use UPS for all of our shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
APW Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting UPS directly for any delivery issues or concerns.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. APW Beauty is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of order.
